CAOTD sound init fix

This (hopefully) fixes the "Unable to Initialize Sound/FX" error, preventing the game from starting. Now it should start, and with sounds and music as well!

Patch was tested on Linux via Wine, and Windows 7 (requires Windows 95 compatibility and 256-colors mode).

For those curious it was just some redundant check of MIDI devices. I didn't even bother to understand what exactly it did, but it seems the game works better without it.

INSTALLATION
  1. Unpack the patch archive into the game folder, so patch.cmd and the sound_init_fix folder are in the same place as aodcd.exe.
  2. Launch patch.cmd.
  3. Now you can start the game (you can remove the files unpacked earlier).

Does it work for you Hitman?

I repaired my laptop with Win 7, and tried the patch. It works! Had to set Win 95 compatibility and 256-colors mode (for non-black scope and UZO interfaces mainly). Updated the first post with new info.
