Default Where are the skills stored

Hey Kaleuns and Modders,

i have seen this previously but have never asked.

this screen shot is after the first mission playing RFB 2.0.
i am attempting to promote a S1C to PO3C.
Notice that there is no Watch skill as there is in Stock.
So, where are the seaman skills stored? clearly that file has been edited to not include Watch.

thank you for that!

when i check that location, i see all of the Specializations, which is great!

so why doesn't WATCH appear in the selection list?

5160=Specialization
5161=Torpedos
5162=Engines
5163=Watch
5164=Guns
5165=Sensors
5166=Command

RFB 2.0 thread link below, 1st post number 18 explains what they've done.

18. Lookout specialization re-named to Quartermaster. In reality, petty officers with the Quartermaster and Signalman ratings drew the duty of 'Quartermaster of the Watch' and were assigned to bridge detail. (Source: The Fleet Type Submarine). In addition, the Signalman rating was absorbed into the Quartermaster rating twice in the post-war era (1948 and 2003).

Yes, I understand the background. My father did 6 war cruises in The Kingfish.

I just wanted to understand how the game conditions were changed. I’ll check out the link when I get home later today.

Thanks for the info!
