Hi Blade
Making a number of posts will help.
Subsim is free to the end user but there are substantial costs in running Subsim, that is why donations are important as it keeps Subsim running for all of us.

Hi B
Cannot answer your question I am afraid.
The game launcher application contains many folders and files.
I have no idea where it would be buried.
It is most likely to be a setting > true or false.

Hi s-n
Not seen that before!
What mods have you enabled?
Post #9 JSGME How To Export Your Mod List To A Subsim Post
Have you played your game through to 1942?
Have you previously seen Patrol grid objectives?

Just a simple coordinates...That's quite normal in campaigns where your patrol areas are located outside of KM map grid...

It's a common knowledge which every sailor should know...
Google a bit Latitude, Longitude and Coordinates ...
Also maybe, this picture with example coordinates can help you a bit...

Hello,

I have a question: Can I change the campaign mission objective (e. g. between 'British supplies' and 'German blockade') on the fly via editing? Or do I really have to end my patrol and request the new order from the blue dude on the docks.
Thank you.

Best,
Brett

That is a good question, but not one I can answer unfortunately.
vdr1981 with his TWOS would I am sure know the answer. to your question.

An option you do have is to select any of the Campaign by starting a New Career.
You cannot transfer your old crews abilities or keep any promotion points.
Any Campaign you select starts with a novice crew.
If you select for instance a 1943 Campaign your inexperienced crew will be up against a much more experienced enemy until they have completed some of the missions.
Your selected Campaign will end and the next Campaign will start at the appropriate date and time.

When you start a New Career you see the default Campaign 'Coastal Waters'.

To select any Campaign just type in silentotto in the area where you see my mouse curser.
You then see all the Campaigns.
Select your realism setting.
Click on the Campaign you wish to use.
Press Start Game.

Remember to do your bunker save before starting the first mission.

Thank you.
For now I play the game without the Wolfs of Steel mod and it works surprisingly well. I now changed the objective to 'Blockade of Germany' in port and raided Scapa Flow for armed merchant cruisers,

Best,
Brett
