you can leave out the particles.dat (not the .dsd) from EAX it's only there to provide hydrophone ship sinking sounds as they were broken in stock.

Hey guys I have been checking out this sound mod and it looks really interesting, now I currently have a stable(hopefully) mod setup but I have the ship acceleration physics mod and not websters ship movement. I was wondering if this mod is good to use with SAP, my full mod list should be listed in my sig.

See now, I am capable of multi-tasking... I can repair the corner of the wall in the bathroom one day, and paint it the next, all while noodling in text files for SH4, just so long as the wife does not notice me missing in action... What happened yesterday though, is almost indescribable... I had closed a paint can, tapped the lid in place, and then prior to turning it upside down for storage, I thought I would shake it a bit more... Somehow or other, there is a hole in the can... Needless to say, "Clean-up on Aisle Four!!!" It took four shakes of the can, and a glob of paint hitting me in the face to realize that reality had just smacked me in the face, and on my clothes, the floor, the storage boxes (thankfully, I was in the basement), the laundry, etc... So I was ~really~ busy last evening... I have never had that happen before. The paint can is practically new, also... Oh well. Back to "busy". Today, I get to chaulk around the bathtub oh boy!...
