Default Resolution question

Olá, so I have a question about the HD mod. After more than 15 years, my old CRT monitor finally went out in a valiant crack.

I have a lcd 22inch monitor now. My question about the 1920x1080 mods (ARB, as example), I have to enable before my mod soup? After? in the middle?
Second question, about my mod soup, I use Magui F , but I am not certain if it is compatible with the wide mods, any one knows?
My mod soup:

Default Re:

This is my opinion and this does work for me and on my set-up.
I would deactivate :
MaGui F
MaGui F FIX for GWX3 v3- 2017
optional-ALTERNATIVE SCOPES with speedlines stopwatch for MaGui F
TorpedoSolutionButton for MaGui F (NYGM-GWX-WAC)
O2-Gauges v2

ARB WideGUI has a very similar GUI to MaGUI F. I used MaGUI F for years, which I loved, so I was very happy with the ARB WideGUI. I removed or deactivated the MaGUI F mods mainly because I was afraid of GUI conflicts, and since I was going to be using ARB WideGUI anyway, there was no reason to keep the MaGUI F Mod in the soup. Never read of any conflicts, but ya never know.

I de-activated the O2 Gauges but will re-activate it later. In my set-up, for some reason. If I activated the O2 Gauge before the ARB WideGUI, I would end up with the old CO2 Gauge again.
So this order works for me: The ARB WideGUI 3.0 and the ARB WideGUI 3.1 Patch should be activated after the H.sie Patch and as close to the end of your mods list as possible. After activating the ARB WideGUI and the ARB Patch then re-activate the O2 Gauge and the desired O2 Gauge is back.

while we're here try the :
ARB Fix for the Recon Book and Tycho's Patch
