Default CCoM Torpedo Selection in other base

Hi All,

I find it a bit unfortunate, that if I enter a base other than my home base, for example to refuel in Trondheim, that I loose all of my torpedoes when leaving again.

Is there any way, that I can keep my torpedoes I have already onboard or at least, refit with new torpedoes as if I were in a home base?
