No. You can run a version of RSRDC with either RFB or with TMO, but you cannot run RFB with TMO, at least, not without issues...

THAT is an interesting topic.

Orffen, from downunder, pointed out via a question, that i have been running RSRD for RFB over TMO without difficulty for like 25 missions. you, and others, have seen my mod list as i posted screen shots, etc but no one else noticed. i know i never noticed.
RSRD....RFB...whatever it takes.
