Guys, what's wrong with us?
For some time now it is always taking us ages to get a sortie started. I mean, what is so difficult about to select an aircraft, read the briefing and hit the fly button? Does this always have to take 35 min.? I'm actually losing my patience and I think I will take a break from Il2 for some time.

Don't look at me, I'm the one who clicks ready as last.
because if I do it before if anything happens (connection loss) or someone reconnects because he wants to check his load out again or wants to switch it he wont be able to reconnect because when I'm ready the server locks itself for new players.

you either have to deal with it or
I can turn German-mode which would mean:

-I will wait for all the players on Teamspeak to be on the server and confirm that by selecting the aircraft when that happens I check my aircraft's load out and click ready by this if ANYONE disconnects for ANY reason he's out.
-I will not tolerate Smoke breaks before the 1st sortie (a smoke break between a sortie is fine we can all use the little break to refill our glasses or something) if your smoking before the 1st sortie expect to be kicked.
-I will kick you if your taking to long to click ready as well, as soon I see you have selected your aircraft its the moment where I click ready and I estimate that the average player would need 1 min to confirm his load out.

if something cuts in between, phone call, the misses is calling or the baby is crying and you don't know how long you'll be away...just disconnect and join in the next sortie.

so its either the long delay or me turning German Mode ON
your pick.

This wasn't directed at anyone specific. Just a reminder to ALL of us to get our acts together.

Well,

I won't be hosting flights for the next 1 or 2 weeks.
going for my Motorbike license requires me to attend to driving school after work so I either be late or not feel like flying after it.

if someones wants to take over the Hosting I managed to pack my Biggins hill files into a zip having the missions Online Co-op ready so you can at least continue.

Note:

Installing is just a matter of copy&paste the folder into your
IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\Missions\Net\coop

There are NO mission number #12 and #18 as these 2 missions only contained 2 Red aircraft. the rest at least contained 4 aircraft.

Good luck in getting your motorbike license Hunter. I'm going to be out of action as well due to a really nasty cold, its hard to fly with your eyes closed. Best of luck to you guys who are going to be flying, if you fly mission one try not to get your bum blown out of the blue!!! Possibly I will join the server if whoever is hosting has the exturnal view on so I can be ground control.
