question about the start

just download the game and when i click start it shows
'file"u-boat.xlsx"is either corrupted or is open in another program.game has to quit'

change your time zone to some other place will fix this error.
you can change it back afterwards.

This is likely a common bug induced by recent update of unity engine itself.

I knew this method because in another unity game Stationeers it also suddenly crash on start-up one day.

Fortunately this game display debug info that is actually relevant to the cause, not some vague 'file missing or corrupted'.

So when my uboat experience this mysterious error out of blue it reminds me of this game, and I tried the same trick again, it worked.
