Having trouble with SHIII running on my newer PC, wondering how SH4 is doing mod wise

As the title states. I was able to see Dark Waters is relatively new and quite liked for the German side. What are the US options for good megamods?

As well as additional standalones on top of them?

Is there anything particularly missing at this juncture from SH4? I tried it before and wasn't as into it as I was 3 and 5 but maybe that was because I'm more of a War in the Atlantic kind of guy.
