SH2 Hi-Res download still alive?

Hi guys!
I'm new sailor here, so sorry for any mistakes and bad english.

I just found my old copy of Silent Hunter II and it's working in Win7
I'm wondering if the Hi-res mod for it can still be downloaded?
I'v see a link to by donation, but here in Brasil ppl like to make things hard, even a Paypal account...

So, since i'm saving to get SH3 on Steam, that i can pay in my country currency, i want to know if there are any other place i can get those files?

I have a SH II Hi Res mod. It goes to 1024x768. Is it a Bonus mod ??

I have a few other SH II mods but I don't play SH II.
I play Pacific Aces mod (a wonderful Bonus mod for SH II) so I don't need the Hi Res mod because it is included in the programming.

I'll try to look for the Hi Res SH II mod,,, in Bonus mods (if it is) ......... it is:

Subsim's Silent Hunter II Hi-Res Enhancement Pack - This Setup program's modifications will increase the game's screen resolution to 1024x768x32. It also allows you to select a historic flotilla emblem and add a custom hull number to your in game control panel. Made by Covet, Xis, and Samurai for Subsim.com. Note: This mod may not work on all systems.


INSTRUCTIONS: Download now. Run the Hi Res installer once you have downloaded it. Along with the normal Hi Res Pack install, you will be given an option to add the PM Hi Res fix; check it only if you use PM (Projekt Messerwetzer) multiplayer upgrade. We suggest you do a 'clean' install, then the official 1.1 patch and then PM mod (if you want this mod) first. After that you are ready to install the Hi Res Pack. Once you have installed all the Hi Res files, the Hi Res Config menu should appear. (If not, look in your Program Files\SSI\Silent Hunter II folder for the 1024conf configuration program.) Choose your settings and choice of emblem (Subsim . Good Hunting!
