Maybe a go for you but without the logo i will send you in battle with Übungsmunition (practice ammo) so better take care when the offensive starts i want to see that logo

You know by the Panzertruppen there was and still is discipline

Lc I don´t know anything about a release this weekend.

I am working on the logo but I am having problem getting it right the way I intended it to be.

ZW any news about a release?

Not yet, but today I will complete all the 3d modeling work on
the new Self-propelled Guns ( SdKfz 124 WESPE). Then I will only focus on
some texture maps that need creating and there are some that need tweaking
and some models need animation/destruction work mainly for the heavy
barbwire-barriers. And finally finish object placement and object programing
(mission programing) and of course testing.

That's it!

Oh!, BTW you will love the new ambient sounds of the battlefield, you'll
hear the Guns from five miles away.

ZW Thanks very much for the update; as for hearing the guns 5 miles away my hearing's shot away (literally) with years of game shooting!! However I am sure I'll be hearing "The Bells" when my tank gets clobbered!!!

Hi ZW,

read about the discussion wich SIM is better Steel Fury or TvT. Defenitly TvT KURSK add on. With your hard work there is no better tanksim on the market. All that news i saw (Hummel etc) and read (sound). I cant imagine.

This will be great and fantastic. I hear that battle sound right now. Lets move, they need our reinforcement.

Lc I concur that the Kursk release is going to become a yardstick by which all mods, current and future, will be compared or defined.It promises to be Hollywoodesque in its scope and size..

However I also like SF( I just created my first 5 user/made missions) for different reasons.For me there 's place for these 2 different games in my liking for different reasons.Every game has its fans and detractors, my own philosophy is to keep an open mind and enjoy a bit of everything.I play T72 Balkans on fire, Panzer Elite, Steel Fury and TvsT and I enjoy each on their own merit.

I am still working on a logo I still have time before the release.

Hi ZW,

thank you very much concerning on me. I know its hard work for you to create new tanks and i hope you are not angry when i say that i prefer more a Panther, Jagdpanther or a Königstiger.

Not that i dont like the Panzer II but in a fierce battle against T34 i prefer those tanks mentioned above because they will kill me immedeatly in a Panzer II. It was more friniks idea to put me in a Strafbattalion or a Panzer II.

So i will be patient and wait for your release. That picture with the Panzergraben is frightening, so the only way to get through it is to blow that gap up.

youre right but T72 Balkans on fire doesnt work on my pc. Maybe its not compatible with my gc or with win7. SF was cool but when i saw what ZW is fabricating i deleted SF with its mods.

To Tvt or Steel Fury i must say that the graphics in TvT is better (look only at the Tiger) and as i have a very fast gc for me its important to have very good graphics nowadays. Win7 accelarates the game too so in my opinion there is only one tanksim for me. (thats my opinion)

So i wait for the release of Kursk

Lc too bad you deleted Steel Fury I just created my own modest mini Kursk release.8 intense battles with Tigers and Panzer IV F2 pitted against T 34/85, JS2s, Kv1s and KV2s.My battles which are set on the Borki Zawodi and Kazan maps put up to 55 tanks and 300 infantry on the battlefield.After one battle I was the only one alive with over 50 tanks burning and smoking on the battlefield and hundreds of infantry dead.I took pics it was eary to be the lone survivor amongst ruins, burning wrecks, shells craters, toppled trees and burning houses.The battle was so intense that my FPS dropped to single digits, so much smoke from explosions and burning exploding tanks and shells.Woof.

Anyway I f you eventually reinstall your game I will email you my 8 user made missions.

But I am waiting for Kursk with trepidation.I put my panzer I in the garage and restarted my Tiger I.

Unternehmen Zeetadelle is coming....
