mid 90's online sub mmo?

Does anybody remember an online multiplayer uboats vs surface ships game that came out in the mid 1990's?

Players could choose from uboat, destroyer, or merchant ship. Convoys would spawn every few minutes.

The graphics were not great and the playstyle was a little arcadey

I don't remember the name, but it was really fun to play.

Anybody else remember this game? I couldn't find it under the reviews section.
