Well France won against Germany 1:0, and the one was an own goal.

But i am glad it was not 3:0, after the chances that France had.. at least we did not drown completely against the world champion

That was the worst German side I've ever seen, no motivation from the coach and the players looked as though they didn't want to be there, Joachim Löw has lost the dressing room.
What the hell has happened to the modern game, walking pace football, hardly any attempts to get past the opponent, players can't cross a ball and the skill level of these modern players is bang average. This tournament will be the last time I watch international football.

On the bright side, twinkle toes scored twice for Portugal.

Tomorrows games.

Turkey vs Wales
Italy vs Switzerland
Finland vs Russia

I have to pick one so I'm going for Italy, not because they're any good but they'll at least try to bleeding win.

I think it was this own goal that made them "depressed" None of the team had this We-will-win-this-tournament-attitude.

I only saw the own goal in the news, and do not blame Hummels, brown stuff happens, it was not his individual fault. These crazy things just can happen. No words needed, flip the next page, carry on.

I had not watched the match, the team bores me, Löw bores me, the whole show bores me, the system DFB, UEFA, FIFA bores me. One could say they lost me. From what I have red, I seem to have missed nothing, but the French seem to have not even shown all they are capable of, so they say.

So they also have to play Portugal, I read. It would not be surprising if the team once again goes home after the first round. Will I watch the match, or any other? No. My money is on France and Portugal in this group.

I can't take much more of this rubbish that's been on display, the legends of the past must be squirming in their wheelchairs.
I haven't seen a team that stands out yet who look as though they're going to win this tourney, is it me or is this the worst set of players to ever grace the international stage, the football skill of these muppets is practically non-existent.

France outplayed Germany in every department which is hardly surprising considering current form.

Russia struggled to beat Finland by the one goal and Wales are halfway through the first half with neither team yet able to score.

I fancy Italy to win tonight.

It has been clear since years that Löw and the DFB's system and hierarchies egoistically have overstayed their time, and that Löw has betrayed every progress that he once was responsible for having acchieved. But was the match really this bad (as I said, I have not watched it)? Puh...

They all should care less for their hair and tattoos, and better concentrate on playing

The Romans are marching triumphantly through Europe again, beware the Romans, what have the Romans ever done for us, they've injected some fizz into the competition and that's what's been missing.

Another 3-0 victory, they're not the most technically gifted players but that action man style of Mancini's team compensates for that deficiency.

Three more games today, so I'm going to predict all 3 of them.

Denmark vs Belgium
Ukraine vs North Macedonia
Netherlands vs Austria

Belgium, Ukraine and the Netherlands should all be the winners today, unless a disaster strikes again like it did for Spain.

Already looking like a two horse race between France and Germany but if they get drawn against each other before the final I'm yet to decide who the third team will be.

I'm also thinking England will achieve a semi final place at best.

Some updates on The Danish football player Christian Eriksen.

It has been decided that he shall have a ICD-unit operated into his body.

This unit monitor his heart rhythm and will if there's a heart rhythm disorder it send a kind of signal.

It's a kind of a advanced Pacemaker.

Really?, no Italy, Belgium or Spain and the dark horses the Netherlands, me thinks there are 7 or 8 teams in with a shout if they take those bleeding shackles off and let rip.
