Well, as soon as terrapin gets his site up and running again... Terrapin or bust, right???
Wrong!

Try RapidShare or YouSendIt.

Then once I get hold of a copy, I'll upload a permanent mirror of it to my FileFront account.

Here's the mirror:

Marhkimov's Torpedo Textures mod.

I also removed the unnecesary THUMBS.DB file in the DOCUMENTATION subfolder.

These look great! I look forward to using them!

Will these torpedoes show up in the loadout screen back at base? I was copying the TMSTor00 file for your mod to the right directory and noticed a TMSTor001 file. What is that for?

If I'm not mistaken, the exact same small torp pics are used both in the base UBoat display and in the "I" weapons screen.

Will you be doing the TypeVII_G7ut.tga torpedo file?

Both screens use the TMSTor00 file... As far as as I know of, the TMSTor001 file doesn't do anything...

I know the texture is in the game, but I have yet to see this torpedo. I'm not sure, but it was probably left unfinished when the game shipped (big surprise, huh?)... Nice one, devs...

Could that be the T11 or G11? I don't remember what the torpedo was called but remember reading about it somewhere quite a while back.

If it was left unfinished, could someone here finish it? :hmm:

hmmm... not my area of expertise, but with all of the cloning that has been going on recently, I'm sure some modder could possibly do it.

But then I personally don't know, do we really need more torpedoes, though? We already have the workhorses, T1 and T2's... Plus our other gimick torps...

I saw someone post this in another thread...

ps
wrong thread, the question is for marhkimov, sorry.
HAHAHAHAHA, that's hilarious!! As much as I am tempted to do so, I will leave the "X1 greeting" up to someone else...

BTW, due to texturing issues, it is not very feasible to write on the body of the torpedo, but I imagine it can be done on the warhead.
