@Gspector: Same goes for me, whats fun about flying a B-17 and not be able to drop bombs
![]() but....if you have Track-ir, a Saitek X52, rudder pedals and a very comfy leather seat (all I dont have) I wouldnt mind to just fly a big bird like that ![]() HunterICX

And yet the glass canopy stays intact
![]() They should've built the whole plane out of that. |

Wow, is there a trick to get that kind of damage? I've lost parts but most of the time my plane looks great excepts that it smokes from damage to the engine area but I do not recall the last time I ever saw a scratch or a hole in my aircraft despite the poor performance after getting to close to flak.
As for the Canopy, I've had my fare share of holes in it when looking out. ![]()

Died did he?
Bigglesworth had some close calls during his current career. A flight accident almost cost him his life, when he happened to clip his left wing at a pole during take off. Had to stay in hospital for 19 days. The Jerries are becoming a real pain in the arse, twice they've jumped us with formations 10+ against our squads of 3-4. Overwhelming odds has caused heavy losses for RFC-54 in the early months of 1917. Another Fokker Scourge is afoot, I think.

Those dirty Fokkers just keep on coming don't they? Ground fire got Sulley a few months ago after 11 missions.
