Did you need something Seaman? We're quite busy with analyses at the moment."

*mookie walks into the bar with a concerned look on his face*
Like I said, Task Force, the pumps are shot. I can't repair them without spare parts that we don't have on board. The reactors luckily are being cooled by the water already in the compartment but the power is so intermittent that we can't keep it going steadily. What a mess. Can someone please pour me a pint? We're going to need luck and karma to get us through this. I'm all for sticking together tonight. I'd rather avoid poor Letum's fate.

"Hi gents, er hello Sir, don't mind me I'm just on my way through to grab a shower. You should try the gym for stress relief, works wonders even now!" |

CPO Tarrasque makes his way into the bar rubbing his eyes and looking exhausted. He nods at those already present and heads to the counter where he pulls out a can of cider from behind it.
He takes a swig with an obvious sign of relief and settles himself down at an empty table. |

*Walks back to the bar sits at a table and starts studying the blueprints of the rescue sub while talking to himself.*
"Good to see that people are showing up, it's always nice when there's more people around and always something going on. But how are we going to get that bloody rescue sub off, I guess MacGyver. "

*wakes up after falling asleep on the counter, probably due to too many hours spent reading the reactor safety protocols over the last few days*
Mr. MookieMookie, I'm afraid...or not as much...that you are mistaken, the reactor is not running, it therefore does not need cooling. We are running on battery power here.

*cannot help but overhear*
Are you talking about going down to the lower deck? That is impossible, we don't know what sort of contamination that water went thorough, anyone risking it would likely die before he can report anything back. In fact, I was looking for the Admiral to ask him if we can seal off the area earlier...has anyone seen him, by the way?

"Sir, I have to concur with Lt. Raptor1 on this one. I just did a circuit, and it's a wonder the bulkheads are holding. Thank God the Russian builders knew their business. Anyway, sir, as far as I can tell the upper pressure hulls are holding, but the lower one is completely compromised. No word on the reactor vessel or the engine room. The batteries are at full charge, and if we can somehow vent the engines we might be able to run the diesel. The lower section of the bow I don't know about...it's a pity, since the ROVs..."
SandyCaesar trails off. He turns to Silverraptor. "Diving suits ain't going help down there. The water pressure is enormous. We must assume the pressure is equalized with the sea right now. Life down here in the subs is a tad different from the skimmer fleet."
