Well, they should fire everyone down in mission planning on both sides and replace them with blind chimps, maybe then we won't get this sort of madness

You know, I was wondering, when we were up in Belgium/France, all we fought were Hurricanes and Hawks, but the game actually has the Morane-Saulnier M.S.406, which was the most numerous French fighter during the Battle of France, so why didn't those ever show up?

You honestly don't expect to see French pilots getting stuck in during a war do you :hmm:

I might be able to join on Sunday night, as I have a day off on monday and GF's going back to school, so she prolly leaves me alone for the night. :p

Just need to remember to go and get my old joystick back with it's longer cord.

EDIT: Why there's Japanese thingys on the radio?

I think that with certain sound settings you can pick up some radio waves from other flights in other theatres. I remember flying somewhere along the eastern front and I could here the shouting of american pilots during a dogfight. Thought it was rather cool.

No idea about that Shotai thing(although I've seen it before), but Hunter and Raptor were going crazy when a squadron of Finnish Brewsters was in the air at the same time. During the mission they only spoke of headings and altitudes, but in the end they of course had to land, and Schultz's Finnish brother kept telling them to NICHT LANDEN in Finnish for several minutes :rotfl: Some of the Finnish pilots' requests for landing were also a bit unformal, along the lines "Hey bro, I wanna land"

I think it was Schultz himself doing that, he must know Finnish, Hungarian and Romanian in order to deal with all the Axis pilots (Doesn't seem to know Italian and Slovak though)

If we're flying tonight I should hopefully be along in about twenty minutes or so.

Hunter didn't make a pre-notice of him not hosting, so he should be there unless some kind of horribly tragic accident involving a speeding train and 18 miles of railroad happened to him
