Very much a niche audience for this movie/documentary, but the emotions were strong and still resonate even after the death of our local car manufacturing industry a few years ago.

Both Ford and Holden brought out some EXCELLENT cars over the past few decades, but you'd be very lucky if you see any being driven on the roads today. Where are they all ???? I know a lot are being hoarded by collectors.....asking outrageous prices

Status symbols. Even Porsche, Maserati, Bently, disgracefully bought into the market.

Bourgeois peer pressure ruined a thriving industry. Now all vehicles are imported. A huge skilled workforce is now unemployed and we have Woke electric cars.

V6 Ford Capris, Ford Falcons - GTs and umpteen variants over the years, Holden Toranas And Monaros.....all gone.....XU1s, A9Xs,XR6s, XR8s, GTHOs....

I used to own a Capri and a beautiful BA XR6 Mk1.

Music conveys powerful emotions.....so I think these 2 music videos/tributes actually sum up how many of my countrymen feel about this....

Quite a long battle scene from "G.I. Samurai". Army units on manoeuvres are stuck in the past and can't get back. Their loved ones in the present miss them and wonder where they are.......Highly recommended movie.
