Good News
This works great with Living Silent Hunter LSH mod. I don't have any other mods running, and there were no issues. Long loading time is all, due to large data files in HD.
Great work, and thanks for the great additional artwork and UI !

Guys, anyone knows what should i modify in order to remove that huge triple zoom from the binoculars? i just want the first zoom level, the regular one .
I like using the mouse wheel to bring up binoculars and sometimes it jumps to level two or three zoom, now as much as i like it - it is kind of unrealistic . I noticed that the Ahnenerbe mod that is made for the CCoM supermod has a regular binocular zoom, not this huge triple zoom that is found in the generic version . Thanks |

i also set the UZO to 8 , the UZO had two levels , 6x and 10x, i change it to 5x and 8x ; i noticed that the default values from vanilla SH3 were 7x for both UZO and binoculars

Binocular marks
Hi guys, I also have a question about the binoculars. It's about the reticle marks. Would someone kindly explain to me what they represent and how to use them?
In The Submarine Commander's Handbook (U.Kdt.Hdb), it makes reference to a 1/16 scale. Would this be it? "In every submarine attack, whether by day or by night, the attempt must be made to obtain reliable data for aiming (controlling) the torpedo, by exhausting all possibilities with care and deliberation (measuring the deflection with the aid of the line (of the horizon), increase the size of the masts at a given height in the 1/16 scale, overhauling as to course and speed, by day and night, on the surface)". |

I think these calculations are made using UZO or Periscope
With binoculars, in my view, a general idea of the target, the distance and the speed is acquired ftp://Maik:Woelfe@hartmuthaas.no-ip....I_GWX3_1.0.rar Documentation and.....litle movie |

Thank you. Very informative, and entertaining! The documentation confirms the authenticity of the marks. Still searching for a definition of the units of measure and their method of use, other than just using them as a basic reference when overhauling. The marks must have existed for a reason.
