Being at work never stops Catfish from posting on here. By the way, what is the German word for "skiver"?

OK, I looked up "skiver" (thanks @Urban dictionary). You could use "Faulpelz" or "fauler Sack"

That was clever - I wondered if the black lines were panel lines all along, but the shiny black finish reflecting the blue sky was the greatest deception - good one (had Jim stumped)
And before Kai sues me for libel - there's clearly no German equivalent to the word "skiver"; "faulpelz" (or 'lazy person') does not really do it - a skiver is someone who shirks the job he is meant to be doing in favour of something else (i.e. hiding in the mens' room smoking) I'll get back soon

...they were called "coffee coolers" in the Civil War...I never would have got Knight Rider; I'd seen the car but never watched anything with David Hasselhoff!

Douglas DC 4 ?
re The KITT car was a tough one, the only way for me was to look for the first TV series using synthesizer music..

@ Aktung, Jim and Catfish - all incorrect
(@ Kai - I tried exactly the same synth-music search as you but it was the second photo that showed me it was a car... after which it became obvious)
