I work on the 6th floor in downtown Ottawa. Didn't last long (less than 10 seconds) but we sure felt it. You could see every building in sight shaking and vibrating.
Gotta love government towns, though, we were evacuated and on our way home in twenty minutes! The greater ordeal was listening to the 'I was there' stories on the daytime AM station on the way home. |
