Not a peep. Probably moving this and that for momma until she gets it juuuust right. There's also the delay in getting new infrastructure installed.
Or maybe he's read this thread and washed his hands of us.
We are like grabbing a Hag fish so, I's don't blame him.

Fear not. He'll hit us like fast and furious when we least expect it. The Po Po is sneaky that way.

He's a lot like us, (maybe that's why we get along so well) we have fun doing this, but real life is priority. He'll work to get things set up, do some exploring in the new area, then he'll sign on to Ubistupid to find we all moved. Then he'll join us.

Yes he is. Just over the ridge/mountain to the east. Between me and Long Pond(Pocono Speedway) I'm pretty much right at the intersection of Iinterstates 80 and 81. I was amazed that he sold his house in Jersey so quickly after Sandy ripped it all up over there. Gubbermint money?

He's already here. But he might do that.
Once Wern does get here full time, Armistead won't get away with his usual shenanigans. Wern will slam him on the hood of the sub, frisk him and do a cavity search in the headlights of the cruiser I just hope he changes the gloves before he gets to me..

Yep, I miss old Wern. I imagine he can be quite fierce when needed, even as an old man. I think he's happy with putting the gun and badge down and move on to an easier life.

After working in the military for six years, a paramilitary vocation does/did not appeal to me. It takes a special individual to do what Wern did for so long. I salute him and wish him many years of peace and quiet in the woodlands of Pennsylvania. That's why I'm here after growing up and living in a fairly large city on the Ohio river. Way too much hustle and bustle there. It's peaceful here.
Calm like a bomb.

North of there. WELL north. Wife 1.0 and her family were from those parts. They were definitely an inbred bunch. I was from the capitol.

I don't think Bowling Green is a river town. Now who's showing the dirty end of the pool?

Is it "Louie-ville" or "Lua-voole"?
And yes, Louisville is kind of a big city.

Yes and no it isn't the capitol of Kentucky. That's Frankfort even if four out of five Kentuckians think it's Loouhvool. Actually, I lived in Pleasure Ridge Park. That's near lively Shively and Fairdale and we's all know whut them Fairdale boys say....FARM OUT! Shively only had one goal... Annex PRP. We said try it and we'll annex Shively.
I also lived in Lexington for a short while. Lived in Barlow when I wuz a little feller. A small little town in the western reaches that you don't notice until you get to the stop sign to make the left toward Misery.
If it wasn't for the falls of the Ohio, Louisville would not have happened at all.

Did you ever hear the story of Jawsa? They made a movie about it.

capital, not capitol..........

capitol is in reference to a building that is usually within the capital city.

Sorry, you spelled it correctly, just improper usage, so that's twice I've corrected you.

No book or link needed for such a simple error.

The shame you must feel being corrected by me

No, not at all. I can't be right all the time. just 99.999 % of the time.
Your 0.001% is chump change to the master of all he surveys.
Besides, I got a star for not peeing my pants in kindergarden. Boast the same you can not.

Are you attempting to take Steves' job?
