hm....no, what I know, that is the mod "Over Flanders Fields" to Combat Flight Simulator 3. A great mod actually, if you have CFS3, then you should download it!

So I was flying my two-seater and Parker asked to see the Steerpoint/Map/Briefing notepad. I handed it to him and was rewarded by the sound of scribbling for the next five minutes. When I got it back:

Moral: Don't give Parker anything when he's bored.

Oh, man, SK; you HAVE to get a new RIO!

Of course in this modern world he might be named Bud Roberts, which won't make it any better.

Yeah, I just realized, and that's the South Korean air force, not the American, so of course it wouldn't be Parker anyhow.

Park is a very common Korean last name however :p
(knew a few Korean students here with that last name)

I am certainly hopeful for the release of Knights of the Sky. I've been playing First Eagles for some time now, sifting through fantastic mods that the FE community has created and such, but I must say that my overall disappointment lies with the company as well as the game's creators. I've been reading through Thirdwire's forums and they seem pretty content on leaving the game as a skeleton, although a patch was recently released to fix numerous issues, the AI still is one of the worst I've ever encountered. I still feel that FE has much potential, but I don't think the following is great enough to keep it afloat...or rather in the air

However, concerning Knights of the Sky...word has it that not much except skins and missions will be able to be added much in the same manner as IL2 1946, but correct me if I'm wrong on that. I am hopeful nonetheless.

Lots of :
- It was supposed tu use IL2 engine, but then they developed their own.
- They merged with another team developing a WWI sim.
- The guy developing FM is the same as Lock-On.
- Demo scheduled for summer, release for fall 2007.
- Recomended minimum should be PIV 3.0 and Ge6600GT.

Ever get that feeling that something REALLY important is missing, but you can't quite put your finger on it?

If I am not mistaken 1c is Madocs, and he was one of the guys behind creating IL2.:hmm:

This could be a good thing.

This is a Sim I am looking forward to as much as SH4.

1C is the publisher, Oleg Maddox is the father of IL2 and has his hands busy on the new WWII flight sim. Storm of War or something like that.
