Default Can't Download

Well it seems my computer doesn't want me to play this mod because every time I download the version for RFB my computer says it is a broken file and won't let me open or use it. Any tricks to get around it (running vista premium 32 bit)?

after a first patrol where I couldn't man the AA gun, I set the AA crew while in port, and then in patrol, even though their slot was empty I was finally able to man the AA gun ! thankfully as seen above !

Simple nub question here, how do I know when this thing is running? I'm running RFB and I can plainly see that that is working because it tells me so on the loading screen, but does RSRDC have any tell tale signs that it is working? I've not seen any overt indication that it's running at all.

When you have RSRC installed, the easiest way to take note of whether it's installed and running is the Flotilla names when starting a game.

Initially, the only 2 Flotillas offered with RSRDC in December of 1941 is SubPac (Pearl Harbor) and TF 3/51/71 (Manila in the Philippines)

The first thing I noticed was that the mission orders are much more detailed than the stock versions. It will give exact map coordinates to patrol and more specific locations names. It also gives permission to leave your patrol and attack IJN forces outside your designated area if you have the opportunity.

Ahaa, thanks, I think this is it then. Also thanks to Billbam, and he has confirmed it.

Other slight issue I'm having is that the difficulty level seems fixed on maximum, that is to say full realism setting. Is this something done deliberately to brutalise low-realism wussies like me, or have I broken something, or is this a Real Fleet Boat issue, or is there a fix for it?
