Realism of the CIC

I just bought this game (it is discounted on Steam) and had a lot of fun with it so far, over just a couple of battles.

I was wonder how realistic the various CIC and sonar stations are? I couldn't find anything about it and I thought that my old fellows from SUBSIM would be the way to go.

The devs certainly travelled all the way from Poland for their research visited USS Kidd at Baron Rouge and I think also USS Edsall, the interviewed docents and veterans etc so I'd imagine the rooms are modelled in a fairly high accuracy whilst the technology is simplified slightly for gameplay purposes, USS Kidd had a virtual video walkthrough so you could compare and contrast from that.
