how deep can i launch a torp?

hello!

I have a big convoy in front of me now but I got one problem, an escort has sniffed me out and I`m on 110 meters. he is missing bigtime with his depthcharges. My plan now is to slowly get to a depth that I can fire a FAT torpedo with the ladderseeking pattern because going too periscope depth is suicide. What`s the deepest I could launch that? and can I adjust something more on that torpedo? or is it just the direction?
