Looks rather snug in there. Does not look all that comfortable, but that space craft is not built for comfort.
Interesting that the commander needs a stick to push the buttons. I wonder if there is a spare stick, just in case. "Uh Station, this is Soyuz. We have a problem. I dropped my stick." I guess the American was supercargo. I thought it was interesting that even through pitch over, the hanging figures still did not change position. That is some steady G force.

When I first watched the video at the 29 sec. mark it looked like three guys pumping hard on their morphine drips. That's what I'd be doing.
