No Sun Glare using ATI 5770 + Catalyst 10.2

You have sun rays but not sun glare. They are two different things.

See how the brightness of your sun is flat and lifeless? It should be glowing and vibrant much like when you look at the real sun.

correct, with sun glare you can't see the round sun disk in the sky

Ok maybe I thought what he was talking about is "lens glare" which can be seen in my first pic looking to starboard.
And the lens glare that I get from all the ships lights that I didn't post a pic of, but I'll take a shot later on today.
But I can live without it, the realisim of all else makes up for that, especially the sea, and the boat itself.

Although lens glare shouldnt really be seen I suppose, as that doesnt really happen from looking with the naked eye.
But then I do notice that I do seem to be a camera, not a person. Something I am a little disapointed in cause pervious to release I thought we would be a full bodied person this time around instead of a ghost.
And I thought maybe that a third person view would be availible so you see what you actually look like. I suppose what gave me that idea was the intro video, which has the captain walking through the ship, then past a mirror where he looks at it and sees himself.
Thats what I thought we would be able to do.

sh5 and my lighting mod does have the hot flare around the sun.
