You can also grab a MP40, go on enemy shores and conduct raiding missions

And grab that Luger and shoot Johann when he freaks out.

You can even take on the first person medic role on the u-boat and check the whole crew for pubic lice!

Wow! Finally I can live out the Commando raid as depicted in the most realistic submarine movie of all time - "Crash Dive"!

Ah... I remember that one, good fun

Loved the PT-boats at the beginning though!

HEY! Don't be knockin' Crash Dive! Any movie that has original ELCO 77-footers and S-boats can't be all bad.

99.9%, sure, but that 0.01% makes it worth owning.

I know it's bad. I just love the boats. That, and the fact that the black guy actually gets pretty fair treatment, which is nice for 1943.

Actually, I noticed a while ago that SH5 was missing something, but until now I just hadn't been able to put my finger on it. But it's now bleedingly obvious: SH5 needs a love triangle! When I return to port and walk off the u-boat I want to see a German version of Anne Baxter (circa 1943) and I want to FEEL the awkward tension between me and my XO when we both lay eyes on her.

Without this level of immersive realism, the SH series will surely die a dismal death only to be relegated to Wii consoles worldwide.
