Did hitler and lenin ever meet?

I have my doubts about that sketch. Look at Hitler, does he really look like the Hitler we "all know" (i.e. how he looked during WWII). Well... yes, he looks. Which leads me to the reason why I think it's a fake.

The guy with the white X above his head is Hitler during WWI. Eventho we dont see much of Hitler's face in the sketch, we can see he looks more like the WWII era Hitler than that of WWI. I rest my case.
