Is Matilda Mk.II not destroyed?
i found the Matilda Mk.II tank is well protected in SF,my 75mm(Panzer IV F2) pierce armo cant penetrate its armor(front ,flank even back ),i shot 20 at least, and the tank is ok,,,,,but could not move......
who could tell me how to destroy it........i think MKII is stronger than T34/76........ |

The Matilda is infamous for it's survivability. If you want to kill it, get in from the back or the flank at (very) close range.

IIRC, the Matty is heavily armored, even the rear of the tank has rather thick armor. You might want to disable it's tracks and then get to a position from where you can get a straight (dont know if SF recognises angled shots or not) shot to it's rear.
Ow and try to hit it to the engine deck area thingy, it's abit sloped so you should be able to knock it out from that spot. Last edited by Dowly; 07-27-09 at 10:43 AM. |
