Model Tank

Hi guys Just finished my Model thought you would to see it...i normaly do u boats and ships but this little project could my eye...i know the scheme is diffrent it should be Russian green..but these tanks got about even to the middle east so i went for middle east desert colour..the Tank is a T-62A

....sorry about the pic its a bit blur....Oh Yes i have a question what was the log of wood for that was attached to the back of the tank...i never put it on can some one tell me?...thanks
