I highly recommend AMSO for your Apollo mission needs, if your computer can handle it:

Not a bad sim at all. The 2010 edition that came out is a real beauty.
 On 'rainy days' I kick back and blast station components into orbit and put them together. It's a little bit like playing with Tinker Toys, but with a half-hour of dark every hour to contend with.
