Potoroo may have hit it on the head. I would make sure your MB is set up to accept a P-4 chip. You may need a bios update to correct the problem. If you know the MB type go to their site and get an updated bios if it says the MB can support the P-4 chip. Also, what watt PSU are you running? It may be dropping your voltages down when trying to play the Game and causing it to mess up.
If it worked fine before and only now is messing up with the new cpu I have a feeling these could be your culprit.....
