Thanks sir. I'm losing it. I was thinking I would start in a med port, then it finally dawned on me, they never had any med ports. Only the Italians were ports of call. They show up on the map, so I assume it's working.

lol. no problem.
med env mod adjusts the environmental stuff and that's it.
you still play as a uboat kaleun at a german or italian base.

If you try 23rd or 29th flotillas in late 41 you get sent to the Mediterranean. You start in one of the French ports, but you need to cross the Gibraltar strait and reach your base (La Spezia or Salamis depending on the flotilla) to finish the first mission. From then on you'll be based in one of those ports

The mod you're activating is not about that. That is an environment mod, which changes the colours of the sea and sky to fit your new theater of operations. I personally don't like it much.

No extra mods needed, I think. Just search in the mid-late 1941 dates and it should be there.
