Guys,
I have a feeling that I am on "private property" here, I did not know that these mods existed.
I was looking for a single mod that I could use with GWX_DFa-Flag&Pens_2010 flag mod!

Certainly not, I was just trying to help you, you won´t find a singel mod.
Take a look at the UCS 3.01 Mod, then you will make it yourself.
I described it beforehand.
It's relatively easy once you see the structure, with the S3D.
