Then I found out that the crew of U-20 had a gramophone on board, around the time they sank the "Lusitania". Schwieger was well-liked by his crew for conveniences like that. I imagine that an average-sized sub like U-19 series or U-35 would probably have had one, if the Kaleun allowed it. It's possible on a tiny boat like the UB-I series, gramophones would be forbidden, since every inch of space was needed for provisions & shells.

Here is the AI torpedo link:
http://www.filedropper.com/aishootstorpedos This version still has the depth keeping problem, so you will need to tinker with it in S3ditor to improve accuracy.

Beautiful work. Do you need help with anything? I can code, and I love researching.
Greetings |

Thanks for the offer....to you and other followers, I was just in a car accident (minor cuts luckily), which complicates my plans to work on modeling this March, but I will let you know exactly what I'd like.

Very interesting! One possible way to perform a positive ID of UB-82 or UB-85 might be to examine the drainage or vent(?) holes in the hull. Although the UB-III's were all considered sister submarines, there was a tremendous variation in UB-III vent hole arrangement, depending on which shipbuilder had constructed a particular one. Of course, by now the steel surrounding the vents may have corroded. As for work, I am still at it...just tested modified 1024 x 512 pop-up screens for prize warfare dialogues, and they work great !!! They can be scaled up to whatever size I want, and they can linger for as long as I want. I figure 3 minutes is long enough to read them before they fade out. They could also be used to indicate special events on the boat itself. Apologize for no new screens, but please do not take relative quiet for inaction. Things will be better once I get my new vehicle registered. Re: AI torpedoes....use S3ditor to increase the "turret" training rate so the AI can calculate a firing solution sooner. Icons representing the fine citizens of WOTK .... Most artwork is modified from a book on "Titanic". I have some nice civilian freeware obj models I am modifying as WWI-era citizens to populate ocean liners & beaches....If you gun down refugees or important 1st Class bigwigs, expect negative consequences. Again, the whole point of prize warfare is do not shoot on sight. Most cargo icons, too are complete.

Updates to the latest sub, in between my car shopping. Note new details: -Hand Rails (added "sag" based on photos online) -Torpedo Tube Indentations -Portholes in Conning Tower -Hull ports in two of the screenshots -Rudder, Aft Dive Planes, and more circular hull. Lower hull still needs to be rounded more. 1914: Shells of Fury has a nice model and skin for this series. One thing I want to do for all subs is add real 3d hull ports...not TGA black areas "painted" on the hull. Keltos, thank you for the link; that was good reading before work. And thank you for the well wishes. I was not seriously hurt. My finger and arm have healed nicely.
