I have mine istalled as so :
unofficial Patch SF v0.1 eng Steel_Panzer_Mod v1.5 beta SPM1.5_beta_fix SPM1.5_fix_1.4 SPM_V1.5_beta_English-patch Rends_Prokhrovka_version1 Rends_orel_beta1 Rends_bar_v1 Rends_Seelow KythCampaign Newbuildingsv3 PzVI_Tiger_Epack gunsight_dam_fix_12 Frontline_Acoustics_Modified_en_v1.1 Stuka Smoke,fire and Cannons mod I think the PzVI_Tiger_Epack is included in the SPM1.5 but I'm not sure but everything runs fine without problems Maybe someone else will chime in soon and verify and provide another mod soup vK ~
