I understand, said only that they are not happy with being married in two, they can go elsewhere and get married...

Vendor, the problem here is not that their country doesn't want their marriage union to last a lifetime, rather that this country of cowards doesn't want anyone to make mistakes any more, creating a new kind of marriage valid for two years only.
