U-136 contact & sinking report
Royal Navy H.M.S. Spey (River Class Frigate K-246)
U-Boat contact & sinking report of U-136, July '42  Note record of U-Boat movement on 4th attack... very slowly "indeed". then on 5th "?". Also, notice use of Mark VII depth charges, then switched to T.N.T. d.c.'s I find this official sort of record very interesting to imagine similar situations as a subsimmer, yet from below. |
