If it’s ok like that, you can keep it...
But you should try at 1920X1080 and see what is best for you: in main game screen go to options, then video settings and scroll the resolution list until you find 1920X1080. Accept and re start SH4 to validate it.
Oh and make sure to have the same Hz than your monitor; 60hz or less
