bad weather raining report in GW.. is normal??

hi again

i have another question with my experience GW (i now, i now.. im learning english

)..

somethin in the weather reports is not working.. i explain::
my oficial tell me that there is a lot of clouds (its correct), there is a lot of wind (15 and its also correct), tell me about heavy fog (its correct) BUT !!

tell me its NOT raining, and believe me, its raining ****ing much, its raining a lot..

do you know what could be ?? and do you know whats files are for this and where?? maybe some cfg???

and do you thing thats important?? i mean, maybe just a visual problem.. or.. its a serious problem? cause its raining a lot, but my oficial think its not.. so, when i use a T2 (for example), there is any kind of error to try the solution of the target (for example, cause atmosferics effects??))... i dont know if i have explain that part correctly
