Just a quick question/ clarification; if we want to install the High end Kursk mission it means we have to uninstal the "Light" version correct?Otherwise there could be a conflict?

I also wanted to ask if we can empty the game cache in the main folder.? I have many files in mine dating from 2007, 2009 and 2010; Skin mesh etc, shaders etc.Can these be deleted without any ill effect on the game?

BTW I played Kursk mission 1 " Light" and I had the swamp effect just in front of the thin line of trees behind which Soviet Ats and Su122s are parked. My tank seem to sink and I had to turn the engine off and restart it and move off at slower speed.

Otherwise I turned off the grass detail in my setting and I got up to 15% increase in fps from 4.1/ 4.4 they moved up to 4.8/ 5.1.Without major difference in the quality of the image(only the flowers in the grass were gone) and keeping 1024 X 768 res.

Bests Job well done.

Wow frinik I am stunned that you can play it at all

RULE OF THUMB: Below 7fps expect erratic behavior

Thanks frinik you will have a blast with you new PC

As far as the Kursk mission install it is best to un-install the Lite prior
to installing the Heavy. And a must for reverting back to the lite version

ATB Kamerad!
