12th July 1940

We received another patrol order and we went out. Due my recent crashlanding I received a new Hurri so was eager to test her out
I fired up the lovely merlin and gave it a full forward....and quikly after doing that I noticed I have forgot something very important...and the groundcrew made it very clear ''YOU FORGOT THE BLOODY PARKING BRAKES YOU TWAT!''
I felt very ashamed and hid myself somewhere out of the reach of the angry groundcrew replacing the prop blades.

So my Hurricane was fixed and the groundcrew made it very clear if I ever pull such stunt again...I will regret it.
A couple of hours later our squadron had another patrol flight, this one was the usual..take off, be on the look out and get your arse back in time to go to the pub.

14 Jerries wheren't so lucky today.
