Horrible Bug - Mach Torpedo's
So I thought it would be cool to have the sub fitted with 3 of the guys that make the torpedo's go faster and deal more damage, and 3 guys to boost the speed of my boat. I know it's far from realistic, but I just wanted faster homing torpedo's :P
During my first patrol with the unit that provides the speed boost I noticed it was... well.. rather fast. My steam torps seemed to go about 30% faster, I was expecting 5-7% difference. As I continued on and died a few times I noticed they seemed faster. It turns out every time I saved then loaded my torps speed amplified. Now with my attack map a steam torpedo set to fast shows that it will reach end range in 0 seconds, and the torpedo is probably faster than modern day cruise missiles. My homing torpedo's don't even work now. I'm probably going to have to get rid of that hero, I just wish I could have the boosted speed without it being completely broken. |
