The price on the Ozzie island isn't given but i'll bet it's right around the cost of that Chesapeake property, with the added bonus of thousands of poisonous snakes, deadly spiders the size of a dinner platter, stinging jellyfish, sea snakes, great white sharks and salt water crocodiles.

 ...as an ex-F.E.M.A. related R.E. appraiser in 'quake afflicted CA, buying an ocean-proximity island at this time in history is inadvisable; given the the global warming with constant rise in sea levels, beach erosion, horrific tsunamis, dead whales piling up, etc.
