Maybe USA is putting NK on the list, who has nukes which can be fired from subs.

They don't think that way, of the consequences that is ...
Iran supreme leader said that if Israel or the USA nuked Iran that it would be okay, because they are going to heaven anyway. North Korea doesn't even believe in God so they are not afraid of any consequences of that nature. Fear is what they really generate ... they want us to respect them. It was so much more simple when it was just USSR and the USA to hold off any first strike with the threat of FBM submarines lurking off their shores |
