The threads concerning this seem dead but I am still having this issue.
Running Wolves of steel with the dragon add on I was encountering this issue before the add on. enabled the disable orbit listener patch per suggestions on this site. Restarted campaign, doing the Baltic operations. Waited for polish vessels to become targets Sunk one Gryph class mine layer. Sink time was all zeros, and no movement on progress bar. Sunk one V&W destroyer, same results. Sunk one freighter (polish as were the other vessels sunk), same results. What is going on. Also, my deck gun seems to have stopped working automatically (hitting space bar with a target in the binoculars does not result in the crew engaging target), this seems to happen after the dragon add on. |

Being new to SH5, I would like to ask a question regarding this problem. If the progress bar does not fill up, what is the consequence? Can you still dock at home, set out on a new mission, sail wherever you want, sink ships, etc.?
What am I missing? Is it that your tonnage record is no longer valid? I've only just started playing recently. I've made it through the first mission and I am returning to base after my second mission. I noticed that while I had sunk several ships, I have no tonnage "bar". I also noticed the weird dates that others have talked about. When I return to base and refit my sub, can't I just sail out again regardless of whether or not they give me a mission? Again, sorry for being dense here, I'm just wondering if I can enjoy the game or will I be missing some sort of "renown". Jeff |

I disable RPM intertia in the TDW exe patcher and the problem of bar not filling during tutorial mission is gone (same mod soup)
