Das Boot gramophone mod

I managed to collect all the music that crew from the movie "Das Boot" listened on their gramophone so i have few questions:
As I know the music is really old and should not be copy protected, please help me verify?
Does already exist same mod here?

Song in mod is different soldier version same as in movie

This one is when they were drinking in the pub at the start of the movie

A new gramophone mod is always very welcomed. Please release it, I don't think copyright is going to be an issue
